What we collect

If you fill out the eligibility form: vehicle facts (state, type, GVWR, dates, mileage, repair history, and similar). Stored only in your browser session.
If you request an attorney referral: your name, email address, optional phone number, and (if you opt in) a copy of your form responses.
Timestamped TCPA consent and privacy acknowledgment.

How we use it

Eligibility-form data stays in your browser. It is never transmitted to our servers unless you submit an attorney referral request. If you request a referral, we transmit your contact info (and, with your opt-in, your case packet) by email to one partner attorney in your state. We also BCC the operator on that email for quality control.

How we store it

We have no operator-side database of leads. Lead emails are retained in (a) the partner attorney's inbox or CRM and (b) the operator's email inbox. Operator-side retention is 18 months for dispute resolution and audit; partner-side retention is governed by the partner's agreement and their own data-retention policies.

Who we share it with

Only the single matched partner attorney in your state. We do not sell or share consumer data with any third party. We may use aggregated, anonymized statistics for our own metrics.

Your rights

Right to delete: we will honor a deletion request within 30 days.
Right to opt out of further communications: contact the operator or reply STOP to any partner-sent SMS.
Right to know what data we hold about you: contact the operator.
