- Si usa la herramienta de elegibilidad o la calculadora de reembolso, los datos de su vehículo y las cifras que ingrese (precio, impuestos, cargos, pagos, saldo del préstamo) se quedan en su navegador, en la pestaña que está usando, y no se envían a nuestros servidores. Su navegador los descarta cuando usted cierra esa pestaña.
- Solo si usted pide que un abogado lo contacte, enviamos su nombre, correo electrónico y teléfono (y, si usted lo autoriza, una copia de sus respuestas) a un solo abogado asociado en su estado.
- No vendemos ni compartimos su información con nadie más; el operador recibe una copia oculta de ese mismo correo únicamente para control de calidad.
- Para nuestras estadísticas usamos solo datos agregados y anónimos.
- Guardamos su información de contacto durante 18 meses y luego la borramos de nuestra base de datos; los datos de su caso permanecen de forma anónima.
- Las copias del correo de referencia permanecen en la bandeja del abogado y en la del operador, según las políticas de retención de cada uno.

What we collect
- If you fill out the eligibility form: vehicle facts (state, type, GVWR, dates, mileage, repair history, and similar). Stored only in your browser session.
- If you use the refund calculator: the figures you enter (vehicle price, sales tax, fees, finance charges, lease payments, remaining loan balance, odometer readings, and similar). Stored only in your browser session, together with your eligibility answers.
- If you request an attorney referral: your name, email address, optional phone number, and (if you opt in) a copy of your form responses.
- Timestamped TCPA consent and privacy acknowledgment.
How we use it
Eligibility-form and refund-calculator data stays in your browser. It is kept in the session storage of the browser tab you are using, so that your answers follow you between the eligibility checker and the calculator and survive a page reload. Your browser discards it when you close that tab, and “Start over” removes the answers for the state you are working on. It is never transmitted to our servers unless you submit an attorney referral request. If you request a referral, we transmit your contact info (and, with your opt-in, your case packet: your form responses, the result you were shown, and the refund estimate shown with it) by email to one partner attorney in your state. We also BCC the operator on that email for quality control.
How we store it
Referral requests are stored in an operator-side database with your contact details kept separate from the de-identified case facts. Contact details are automatically deleted after 18 months; the de-identified case record is retained for dispute resolution and audit. Lead emails are additionally retained in (a) the partner attorney's inbox or CRM and (b) the operator's email inbox; partner-side retention is governed by the partner's agreement and their own data-retention policies.
Who we share it with
Only the single matched partner attorney in your state. We do not sell or share consumer data with any third party. We may use aggregated, anonymized statistics for our own metrics.
Your rights
- Right to delete: we will honor a deletion request within 30 days.
- Right to opt out of further communications: contact the operator or reply STOP to any partner-sent SMS.
- Right to know what data we hold about you: contact the operator.
